HK Training Camp Day 3 - Last Day

Glad to announce that the HK training camp - "FINISH" in Shek O :) So happy to train with Sonic as always. Lovely weather today, not very hot with mild wind blowing in to the shore. Good wave too, not choppy at all. I guese everyone enjoying it, except Janice got another flat again. understand she is not feeling so good, keep up Janice. It won't hurt you, it just make you feel stronger as you learn of it! Keep it up :)
