The weeks start at &PM @Happy Valley Run:
30 mins warm up with 6 sets 500m Fast / built up + 500m cool down
keeping the time with negative split sucess!
2:14 / 4:19
2:03 / 4:57
2:00 / 5:00
2:01 / 4:58( thinking to stop when running the 4th set, try thinking what excuse i should say)
1:59 / 5:02 ( drank water and feeling better, after some short quick stretching, thinking i should do this one)
1:54 / 4:40 ( no way i should miss the last set, give out my all)
one hours Swim session follow.....like dying fish.
