Lovely Sat. ride with Janice, Evan, Lyn, Kenneth and Charlie! 4 times round the Disney and Sunny Bay reached 60km for today! Thanks for the weather too, which gives us some tan but not sweating alots! The uphill with the big chain is tough, but i can feel my legs is stronger than before, thanks Nicole for the tough set of numerous killing 3 mins. I can feel i'm improving! Enjoying the lunch with the monsters, like we can finish the whole restaurant! Life is good, i love my life :)
