Have to admit I'm a robot! I ran the program tonight under a rainstorm, windy night through a hill nearby the tomb, I don't know where my guts come in! It was quite a scary place, under the dark and rain! I just kicked in, head down and run!
I should admit Hong Kong is small. Through the 11 km I ran, it cover the hill, tomb, countryside, darkness, park, track with football squats, dragon boat trainer at the pier to my home! That's HK!
It was a painful night I feel numb, pain, cold when I'm home! My tank is at the bottom of emptiness! Nothing left!
