Monday interval @ Happy Valley

My first interval after the 70.3 race last week. Legs wasn't feel good!
w/u: 4 laps (1.4km per lap) at HR80%
feeling fresh at the beginning, bu cannot hold till the end.
m/s: 3 x 2 laps (8'00" including rest)
did the first and last set. second set only did 1 lap.
