Sunday brick training changed. We moved to Science Park, NT for prepare the coming Duathlon race. We arrived a bit late, as the road changed. We warm up with 2 laps then we start the following:
- 2 laps single leg drill
- 6 laps stand on the saddle ( after turn)
- 2 laps sprint + 1 lap easy (high cadance)
- cool down
- transition practice ( run, bike, run) x 2
Feeling great to ride with Ah Chung at the 2 laps sprint and stand on the saddle for 6 lap. Feeling for fast to stand on the saddle and can push faster myself. Riding single leg is my weakness, very hard to control the balance and can not feel the power.
We finally finished with all the smoky dust all over our body. We rush to the Science park and nourish ourself at the food court. What a great day to kick start, but feeling extremly tired at the afternoon. Take a 2 hours lap at 4 somethings...waking up with Zitta's Pizza and a Rose with Charles at home.
P.S. i was struggling to touch up the photos i took during the 31 days travel....again.....the finishing time TBC..........sucks......
