Running with Hubby tonight, the pacing is totally wrong. The hill lead by Charles wasn't killing me, but Charles was no fuel when we nearly submmit.....Sorry!
Have increase my pace to 5 mins/km at the last 2 km run.....Charles managed to follow in a hard pace....Nice run tonight follow with stretch by the sea.
When we run down to the hill, i can feel that Ah Tim inside a Taxi is yelling to us "Run Faster" Not sure is him or not! Anyway, its good you running around the city with people cheering you up!
