The pain, tears and sweat is overly exploded 3 weeks before the race day. The peak week made me like a monster, i could no longer hold on anymore. The training intensity increase, the duration increase, the stress and i have to cut down the sugar and carb. , my unfortunate illness (allergies) is coming back. I have loaded extremely much supplement since that week and with the mental strength and determination i overcome this physical condition!
The last two weeks before the race day is living in nightmare, i could not perform the best time neither in run nor swim and of course my solo bike ride! I started to ask myself why and is it because the session that i missed or physically my body is not ready? I'm living in doubt and feeling weak until it close to my tapering weak. It started to feel flushed out, not because my physical condition is in good shape, but i knew i could not do anythings better and i'll just leave it to my body!
Not to mentioned my back injury back in August, i have hurt badly from a Back squat attempting just 37.5kg at my box. ( Don't get it wrong here, i'm still believing the weight training is part of the key success) its takes exactly 3 months with intensive physiotherapy treatment

SUPyoga Retreat on Secret island in Homekong
Thanks for the amazing weekend retreat, and with this happy brunch of lovely ladies sharing similar vision of food, sea and yoga!
Some of my favorite moment:
The first afternoon SUPyoga exploring the hood.
The food that Dee and Nadine prepared mixed so well with the surprise BBQ dinner, the 3 meals prepare by Toxin (He is like our weekend cooks and credit to him to make the bed for us) The fresh fruit, coconut juice and the "Lick it" on the boat!!Amazing
The Bon fire with marshmallow, i haven't have a Bon fire since 16. It really bring back the memory!
The next day SUPyoga exploring the backyard beach with brunch of us paddling out.
The weather and the clear beaches, the sea water splash on my face, the autumn sun and the mile wind that i can feel on my face. And of course the laugh you girls bring to me:)
Have to admit i still feel like on the sea when i return home on my dinning table on that night, can really feeling it!! Gigi xx

Evaluate Leadership on 5 capabilities - Adobe
Good stuff:
At Adobe, we’re passionate about developing leaders at all levels of the organization from individual contributors to people managers. Anyone who’s considering a career with us should know that we evaluate leadership based on these five capabilities:
- Demonstrating Strong EQ (Be Aware) – Having a keen sense of self awareness is the foundation of leadership at Adobe. Whether you’re an individual contributor or a people manager, you’re someone who’s empathetic and mindful of your impact on others.
- Selecting Talent (Be a Recruiter) – You’re a guardian and an ambassador for selecting talent at Adobe! You recommend and recruit only the best. You embrace diversity of ideas, experiences and working styles because you know that diverse teams drive better business results.
- Role Modeling Check-In (Be a Coach) – We don’t believe in annual reviews and rankings. That’s why, feedback flows constantly at Adobe. To succeed, you’ll meet frequently with your manager to receive ongoing feedback, set challenging performance expectations, and pursue continuous development opportunities.
- Leading change (Be an Agent of Change) – You readily adapt to business changes. Ambiguity or uncertainty never seems to stop you from working productively. You’re maniacally focused on execution and you’re always looking at new approaches to resolving issues.
- Scaling the Business (Be an Owner) – You approach your role as if you own the business. The buck stops with you. Your goal is to always deliver an exceptional customer experience by listening to feedback and continuously looking to improve efficiencies.

Is believing in the wrong person that they could not take up your expectation and even working unprofessional that is creating mistake and burden to others. Feeling shameful for his/her personal attitude. The willingness to understand is even denies by him/herself. And they don't see the challenges as opportunities, i hope he/she will understand and make the decision.
