ISM Racing or Selle SMP?

Is struggle between these 2....now using Specialized Women's Jett Saddle. Would love to improve the sitting position as now i'm more lean on the tri-bar due to my Cable tunnel syndrome getting so numbness on fingers now. and riding on my bike for a long hot day i really need to treat my butt a better way:)

(Yee suggestion) Lady Composit (200g) / Lady Evolution (230g) / Lady Stratos (250g) ??? My collegue sugest me to use Lady Gaga! What a great name for the saddle! :P
